They have changed the material to leather. I am so not happy about this. When I originally posted about them in October, they were made of a synthetic upper, but now the description says they are made of leather. So to all those that got the synthetic version, you are very lucky because these are no longer a vegan option. They must have changed what the boots are made out of. You can even tell by the comments that they were at one time made of of synthetic leather: "Very comfy! These lace up tight, so they're easy to run around in. The black synthetic looks plastic-y, but the brown does not. Good traction." Thanks for pointing out that this has changed. I always like black better. I wish I could wear heels but I live on a giant hill in Brooklyn and run around a lot in general doing rescue/adoptions stuff so it's just not practical.
