I am feeling a bit frustrated today as I search through the endless high street designers fashions. So as a result I issue a challenge to all of the high street designers out there: Please make beautiful, fashionable clothing that is ecological, sustainable, and vegan. I don’t know how many pairs of beautiful satin lined shoes I have come across that use a leather footbed. The shoes are beautiful without the leather. Think of how you can open up your customer base by using a leather alternative. Stella McCartney uses a leather alternative in most of her shoes and people are still buying. In fact, by being a designer who offers vegan alternatives you could capture such vegan stars as Alicia Silverstone, Fiona Apple, Christina Applegate, Christy Brinkly, Tracy Bingham, and the list goes on and on and on. It is time that the women of the world band together and demand beautiful, vegan altneratives, without wool, angora, leather, suede, silk, fur, or any other animal products. I love clothes, especially shoes, and lately it seems purses, but I don’t want cheap looking stuff, just beautifully classically designed fashionwear. Guess has put together beautiful, fashionable purses, and I have been loving the shoes I have been designing, but I want more. Is that being too selfish.

Okay, enough of my rant. I still have found some great fashionable items to post about and today’s post is another beautiful purse by Guess. They take the cake when it comes to cruelty-free fashion accessories, though I have a few more leads on some other designers I will be researching next week, so stay put for some other great vegan fashion clothing items.
