Hope everyone is having a great Memorial Day Weekend. I am doing my final post until next week, as we will be taking off to LA this weekend. I am going to go to Venice Beach for the day on Sunday and am dying to try out Good Karma. Vegan fastfood, now what could be better? They even have a vegan bacon cheeseburger. Okay, so that is not really my thing, but if you are into it, wow. I love going into restaurants where I can eat anything from the menu. It makes me so happy:)

Anyway, I have found a bunch of beautiful and organic summer clothing that I think you all will like. I know I love each and every one of these great items. I just love the fact that I can find great clothes that are eco- and animal-friendly. When I first started searching for organic clothing a couple of years ago, it was very difficult to find clothing that I actually liked and it was so totally expensive. The prices have come down and the fashion has gotten so much better. Here is just a sample of what you can find:

The long short is the hot item of the summer season this year and yeah there is an organic version of this ultrafashionable short. These Organic Long Shorts by Gaiam come in either black or white and are on sale for a super reasonable $25. That price is reasonable even by conventional standards.

I love this beautiful Organic Cotton Obi Top by Gaiam. This faux wrap with detailing right under the bustline is so figure flattering. I’m sure even Stacey and Clinton from TLC’s What Not To Wear would give this top a thumbs up.

I truly love this Hand-Loomed Jacket. Though the cotton is not organic, this jacket is fair-trade and made by Himalayan villagers and benefits a school in Nepal. The jacket is so elegant looking and the cut is so flattering to all figures. I totally love it. This jacket could be worn with anything. Pair it with long shorts, a skirt, or jeans for the even. You could even wear this jacket over a summer dress for evening wear.
