My favorites out of this post are, for sure, the last two pairs of dress shoes (Cole 5 and Antique Brown Jimmy).

As for the sandals:

Huarches Organic Hemp Sandals
Simple Vantoe shoes 
and the
Old Friend Islander Sandals

Still none of them are a direct replacement for the woven leather, dress huaraches that have been a fixture on my feet for the past decade or so...but I could definitely go for a few of the pairs above.  Thanks for looking this up for me!
