I have chosen a few of my favorite items to woo your mate with. I love the Triko Rabari. It is definitely one of my favorite pieces. This shirt is Zen cut versus street-wear, and the combination is hot. I love the designs and colors.

Although it is hard to tell in this picture, but this great classic collared Triko Lares shirt has a subtle pinstripe and the buttons are made of Tagua. This shirt comes with a message on the back, check out the site to see what it says.

I love the Triko El Santo jacket. The color combination is great and I love the splash of color at the top of the jacket. This is a classic “Eddie Bauer” style jacket done better.

Finally, every guy looks hot in a pair of board shorts. I love the neutral coloring of these Triko Amador Board Shorts, with the great splash of bright summery colors on the side. Every the pickiest of men would have to love these shorts.

I have been learning of so many great new companies lately and will do my best to share at least one or two of them per week with you. Happy Friday to you. Hope you all have some great plans set for the weekend.

Anyway, I have found a bunch of beautiful and organic summer clothing that I think you all will like. I know I love each and every one of these great items. I just love the fact that I can find great clothes that are eco- and animal-friendly. When I first started searching for organic clothing a couple of years ago, it was very difficult to find clothing that I actually liked and it was so totally expensive. The prices have come down and the fashion has gotten so much better. Here is just a sample of what you can find:

The long short is the hot item of the summer season this year and yeah there is an organic version of this ultrafashionable short. These Organic Long Shorts by Gaiam come in either black or white and are on sale for a super reasonable $25. That price is reasonable even by conventional standards.

I love this beautiful Organic Cotton Obi Top by Gaiam. This faux wrap with detailing right under the bustline is so figure flattering. I’m sure even Stacey and Clinton from TLC’s What Not To Wear would give this top a thumbs up.

I truly love this Hand-Loomed Jacket. Though the cotton is not organic, this jacket is fair-trade and made by Himalayan villagers and benefits a school in Nepal. The jacket is so elegant looking and the cut is so flattering to all figures. I totally love it. This jacket could be worn with anything. Pair it with long shorts, a skirt, or jeans for the even. You could even wear this jacket over a summer dress for evening wear.

First check out this fabulous Via Spiga Ivory Lurex Striped Bamboo Cotton Iglesias Trenchcoat. Flattery cut and style and made of bamboo cotton. Love it. This trench is perfect rain or shine and will always provide that professional finishing touch to any outfit.

I absolutely love this Bamboo 54 Bamboo Ring Tote. It is so fabulous. Could this bag be any cuter? I truly do not think so. I so want this bag. It is definitely on my “must have” list.

This Kenzie Girl White Organic Floral Dress is so cute. This dress is the perfect dress to wear as a bathingsuit cover to the beach. I love the fact that it is organic, so there are no pesticides to be absorded through your skin on hot summer days.

I haven’t actually decided whether or not I like this Living Planet Striped Dress. The dress is made of 100% organic cotton and is a great deal at only $39.99 (original price $110). How I do adore these cute Roxy Pixie shoes. I think these adorable velvet platforms would be perfect for wearing around the house.

I saved the best for last. I totally love these Lifestride Squares Sandals. They are so cute. I really love some of the geometrical designs that Lifestride has come out with this season. Adds a nice edge to your outfit.

Today I found some fabulous tote bags for carrying all of your important papers to and from work or school. Made out of bamboo and fabric these bags are both fashionable and sustainable. Bamboo is one of the most sustainable materials on earth.

I am not sure which bag I like best. I really like the green and brown combo on this Twisted Orchid Bamboo Tote with Sage Fabric. It is a great combination.

But this Twisted Orchid Bamboo and Fabric Handbag is so versatile it would go with everything. I love the Asian influence in the design of this bag.

Finding fashionable items that are vegan, eco-friendly, and truly cruelty-free to both animals and humans can be a challenge. Luckily there is a greater demand for it, so it is becoming more available then before. This is an exciting time to be a woman.

I saved my favorite for last. I looooove this Peplum Shirt. This shirt is perfect for summer evenings when it starts to cool down. I love the color (which shows off a summer tan perfectly), but I really love the double hemline. It is sooo cute.

You can find so many great clothing items and accessories made of hemp, there really is no reason not to include it in your wardrobe. The earth will thank you for it.

Since it is March, and St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner, I want to include something green in every post. You need to plan ahead to avoid getting pinched and to add a little luck of the Irish to your day.

Today, I have these great Carlos Santana Madley wedges in green, made out of satin with a manmade sole. How hot are these shoes? So perfect for a night out on the town with friends, visiting your favorite beer pub and drinking (vegan) green beer. I so love these shoes. *sigh* A girl can dream can’t she?

For the more casual office atmosphere, this khaki Apron Wrap Skirt by Stewart Brown with a sweater, a button down oxford, or a tank with a light blazer would be the perfect outfit. This skirt is made of 100 percent organic cotton canvas with a 100 percent nylong lining.

I love this Waffle Knit Reverse Top by Undesigned. Made of 100 percent organic cotton. The olive trim gives just a touch of color without being overpowering. But I really love the shape and the neckline on this shirt.

My favorite piece from the Undesigned collection is the great Angel Bolero. Made of organic cotton, this is truly a unique piece to add to your wardrobe. The white trim and the bell sleeves are so elegant. This is an office essential.

Finally, we have this classic cut Theodora Blazer by Ecoganik. This blazer is made of organic cotton twill and has a fitted cut with two buttons. I love the ivory coloring and the slightly frayed edges.

All of these great pieces can be dressed up for evening wear or more formal office wear, or they can be paired with more casual pieces and would be perfect to wear in a more casual office atmosphere or for a night out with the girls.

This Margot Dress by Watergirl is so summer hot. Made of organic cotton, even in the hottest weather you won’t have to worry about pesticides leeching into your pores. I love the v-neck top and the high waiste sash that will bring definition to the narrowest part of your waist, giving a very sexy silhouette.

And these adorable Roxy Churro sandals are the perfect compliment this dress. This outfit is definitely summer casual and will show off that fake tan to perfection.

This organic halter Back Drop dress by Watergirl is so cute. I love the coral floral pattern. This dress will hug your curnes and provide extra support with a built-in 360 degree shelf bra. Perfect for the tropical beach party. Imagine wearing this dress to the perfect night time beach party, looking hot in the moonlight, dancing the night away.

And I love these Knit Wit shoes by Roxy with this dress. The slight wedge makes them perfect for going out at night and the colors are so vibrant and alive. These shoes look comfortable enough to dance the night away, but definitely are high on fashion.

Now if only the weather would cooperate, then we could break out our summer gear for good!

With a faux leather upper and fabric trim, these SM New York Desirre Shoes fit the bill of vegan chic perfectly. This would be a great choice to wear to the office, granted you don’t have to have full toe coverage. This shoe also comes in black and red, but I really liked the contrast of the light and dark brown on this particular pair.

Love these faux patent SM New York Luust shoes. They are so hot. Maybe not great for office wear, unless you are very lucky, but perfect for a night out on the town. I really like how SM New York names their shoes. I just think the names are fun.

Now let’s talk sustainable fashion. Deborah Lindquist is one of the leaders in fashion that is beautiful and totally green. She uses a lot recycled materials, weaving them into beautiful new designs. In addition to recycled materials, Lindquist uses organic hemp and cotton (and unfortunately organic wool, I guess nobody is perfect). Her designs are being worn born Hollywood’s eco-chic and she has been known to create designs for Gwen Stefani, Keyshia Cole, Demi Moore, Hilary Duff, Jessica Simpson, Paris Hilton, and Charlize Theron.

Her spring line is very whimisical, circa 1940’s. I love the designs, they are so feminine with a superchic twist.

Love these outfits, they are so fun.

Suzanne commented that she is looking for great items using recycled cashmere. I have not posted on recycled cashmere in the past, but Deborah Lindquist uses a lot of recycled cashmere in her clothing lines. An example is this great Recycled Cashmere Halter Turtleneck.

Deborah Lindquist also has some great scarves made from recycled cashmere, as well as a variety of recycled cashmere sweater.

Deborah Lindquist is definitely one of the hottest sustainable desingers on the market. Though not totally vegan, most of her clothing line is made of sustainable and recyled materials, making it a great place for vegans to check out.

Made out of 100% organic cotton canvas, these Hoopla pants by Water Girl are great for a nice walk along the beach, or for wearing to the park with the kids. Casual, yet cute. These are truly a fabulous pant.

I am still trying to decide whether or not I like the Sarge Jacket by Water Girl. I have seen similar designs on the runways lately. This jacket is made of 100% cotton canavas and can definitely be worn on or off the beach.

Love these Power Cord Pants by Water Girl. White is super hot right now and is so versatile. These pants are made of 98% cotton corduroy and 2% spandex for a little give. They can be dressed up with a nice blazer for work or dressed down for an afternoon at the beach or park.

Living in California, the weather is almost always moderate. It is always funny how warm the beaches can be during the winter. This Thinny Hoody by Water Girl is perfect for those warmer days at the beach and made of 100% organic cotton. Perfect to tuck in your bag for when it starts to get cooler in the later afternoon.

Okay, so the shoes have nothing to do with the Water Girl line of surfer apparel, but I stumbled across these and fell in love, so I had to share them.

These great wedge Marilia2 sandals by Nine West are made of velvet with a synthetic footbed and lining. I love the bow detail. This shoe is slightly reminscent of a very beautiful pair of nonvegan Moschino shoes I came across recently. I truly love these shoes.
