As many of you may have noticed, my blog was down for a day or two, but it is back now and better then ever. We had a server crash and have now moved the blog to a new, much faster, server. This is great news because it means that we should have the forum up and going soon. I am very excited about this. The only bad news, is that I lost my most recent update of the blog and am now in the process of fixing it back to how it was. A small price to pay for greater speed. I also lost a couple of posts. As opposed to actually recreating the posts, that were all related to St. Patrick’s Day, I decided to do one final green blog, with some great pieces, that were not only great for St. Patrick’s Day, but are also perfect for spring, one of my absolute favorite seasons.

I can’t remember if I posted these awesome Reflection Mary Jane style shoes by Somethin’ Else by Skechers or not. But they are so completely cute that they are worth mentioning a second time if I did. I love the olive colored synthetic leather and the velvet straps and bow overlay. These shoes are too cute and I absolutely adore them.

How about this amazing Petite Matelasse Swing Jacket in Green? I love the retro collar and the green tea color is absolutely perfect. I LOVE THIS JACKET. This color is is so perfect for spring.

Leave it to Matt and Nat to make purses that are fun and fashionable. This Vixen Handbag is so stylish. I love the green with the brown trim, It is my favorite. You certainly will not have to leave anything at home with this bag.

Or what about this Matt and Nat Pebble Bouton. This is a very classy bag. I love the front pocket and oversized buttons, very cute.

Perfect for summer, these Lifestride Sasha shoe would be so cute with a simple summer dress. The wedge and the ankle strap give these shoes a sexy touch.

Finally, for the young (or the young at heart), these Keds Rave shoes are great funky addition to a casual summer wardrobe. Love the classic green color and the distressed look to these shoes.

I got a request to find vegan pointed toe flats. This is not an easy task my friends. I have searched high and low and came up with about five pairs of fabulous shoes.

But first, I found two pairs of vegan rounded toe flats that I thought were too cute and wanted to share.

The first are these adorable black ballet style Me Too! Nevada 2 flats. These are a great basic satin ballet flat and they also come in champagne, sage and red print.

The second pair of shoes are these cute denim Oh Deer! Smartee shoes. They come in some interesting patterns too, but I only really like them in the denim. These shoes are a fun slip on that won’t get ruined near the water.

These Beyond Skin Joelle shoes in pink are so fashionable. They are perfect for spring, which is rapidly approaching. Wear them with long shorts or a skirt, very cute.

These Nero Mules by Matt and Nat are an interesting shape. Not totally flat, but not a heel either, these are closer to a kitten heel. I am not sure whether I like them or not, but I do think that they are very unique.

How about these Blink Fabia shoes. Made of PU Upper with a manmade sole, these shoes are the perfect classic flat. These shoes also come in scarlett and asphalt.

I don’t know why, but these Restricted Sweet Gun shoes are my favorite. I love the criss cross pattern and the fringe detailing. These shoes have a manmade upper and rubber outsole and are so cute. They also come in brown and cream.

Finally, we have these ever so cool rocker chic Novacas Rita shoes. Love the buckle. These shoes would be so cute with a pair of skinny jeans. Love them.

And of course, I have not forgotten my something green for St. Patrick’s Day. I came across these very cute Tommy Hilfiger Tia Wedge shoes, which are totally adore. Shorts, skirts, or jeans, these shoes will add that stylish touch of green whatever you decide to wear.

St. Patrick’s day is less then a week a way and I hope you have your green all picked out and ready to wear. If not, I have found a few more items that may work for you to wear out with friends or just staying out home having a good ole Irish dinner (veganized of course).

Here are two of my favorite green finds:

Accessories are a great way to bring a little green into your outfit without looking like a leprachaun. I love this retro Chevy green East/West Tote by Mossimo. The color reminds me of a classic 1950’s vehicle. Sleek and attractice, this purse would go with almost any outfit.

How about these great Tribeca Learn Fast shoes. A classic ballet with a slight wedge in a pale green satin. These shoes are so cute and so perfect for those of you on your feet all day long.

I have got spring fever in a big way right now. The weather has been warming up (don’t know how long it will last) and all I want to do is be outside right now. We are heading to the beach this afternoon to fly kites and dip our toes in the water. The water around here is too cold to do much else, especially right now. I bought some adorable shoes at Target last week, I will take a picture soon and post. They are a black peeptoe wedge sandal with white polka dots. They are soooooo cute. I want a pair in red.

Anyhow, I have found some cute vegan sandals that are perfect to wear with skirts and crop pants this time of year.

I absolutely adore these Blue and White Faux Leather Sandals by Anne Michelle. Love the color combination. These cute shoes also come in white with black trim and white with red trim.

Like your shoe color a bit more traditional. The Rampage Courtney is similar to the sandal above, but comes in a traditional faux patent black. This shoe is very sleek. It would be so cute with a white summer dress with black accents.

Spring still in the not so distant future? For those of you who may still be bundling up waiting for the weather to turn warm, I found this super cute Matellasse Swing Jacket. Made of 100% polyester, I absolutely adore the cut of this jacket. I really love the neckline. Very retro.

And now for your St. Patrick’s Green. This Generra Wasabi Green Blazer is so cute. I love how it emphasizes the waistline. This is such a fun and versatile blazer, that is perfect for the office or casual wear.

Often thought of as the fabric of hippies, hemp has come a long way. Not only is it one of the most sustainable fabrics in use today, but it is one of the sturdiest and soften fabrics one can use to make clothing. Hemp doesn’t have to be just for hippies, with it’s growing popularity, one can find clothing that is sustainable and fashionable. Take some of the great pieces in today’s post for example.

I absolutely adore this Natural Hemp Belt by Patrick Chrisopher. It can be adjusted to fit anyway you want it. How perfect would it be over a long shirt with a pair of skinny jeans or a knee length skirt and a pair of knee high boots. Very chic.

How about these casual Kavu Rosie Riveter Pant. Made of 100% Hemp Cotton Canvas, these pants are perfect for weekend wear.

This Hemp Wrap Skirt by Old Glory would be perfect for a trip to the beach or lake. Just throw it on over your bikini and you are summer ready.

I saved my favorite for last. I looooove this Peplum Shirt. This shirt is perfect for summer evenings when it starts to cool down. I love the color (which shows off a summer tan perfectly), but I really love the double hemline. It is sooo cute.

You can find so many great clothing items and accessories made of hemp, there really is no reason not to include it in your wardrobe. The earth will thank you for it.

Since it is March, and St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner, I want to include something green in every post. You need to plan ahead to avoid getting pinched and to add a little luck of the Irish to your day.

Today, I have these great Carlos Santana Madley wedges in green, made out of satin with a manmade sole. How hot are these shoes? So perfect for a night out on the town with friends, visiting your favorite beer pub and drinking (vegan) green beer. I so love these shoes. *sigh* A girl can dream can’t she?

As I go searching the internet for fashionable vegan clothing and accessories to post about, I often come across items that I absolutely love that do not necessarily fit in with my current posts. Today I wanted to share a few of those items with you.

I truly love this gilbertgilmor Beige Canvas Ivory Trimmed Raw Edge Blazer. I love the cut of this blazer, it is so slimming. The ivory trim takes a rather plain blazer and makes it truly fabulous. This blazer is perfect for both business and casual wear and can easily be dressed up or dressed down.

As many of you know I am a great fan of Guess purses, and this Guess Feline Satchel is no different. This purse is the perfect way to add a little animal print to your outfit. The pattern is subtle and the hardware is absolutely perfect. I give this purse two thumbs up.

I have been loving a lot of the new shoes coming out from Lifestride lately. They are so totally fashionable, and you can almost always count on Lifestride to be 100 percent vegan. These Lifestride Affair shoes are so cute. Love the detailing on the strapes. It gives these shoes a bit of an edge. I totally want a pair.

I received a request for suggestions on a nice classic looking, medium to dark brown closed toe shoe with less than three inch heels that would be good for work or other formal occasions. Well, I think I have found some shoes for you that will fit your requirements beautifully.

These Annie Dew shoes are my favorite. With the classic cut and the simple cut out pattern these shoes are perfect for work and could easily transition to evening wear.

Though I doubt these SM New York Grooviee shoes are exactly what is being request, I thought they were kind of cute and wanted to include a nice classic flat in the mix. I love the fabric detailing.

These Rampage Jodi are a great classically designed heel with a slightly squared off toe.

I love these Rampage Isabelle shoes. I know they have a peep toe, but they are so cute. They would be great with jeans. Maybe more appropriately for your more casual off time.

These Lifestride Soprano’s are a very classic low heel shoe. These shoes are perfect for the office.

I don’t think it gets more classic than this Lifestride Angeline medium heel pointed toe pump. I love the color and the style.

Here is another one of my favorite shoes. I love these Annie Jane strappy medium height shoes. These shoes are more fashionable than a plan pump, but still perfect for a more formal work office.

Here are the same Annie Jane shoes in a faux sueded material. Love them.

Finally, we have the Annie Heyward. These shoes would be so cute with a classic trouser. I love the little lace up front, it is too cute.

What? I can find clothing that is sustainable and organic that is fashionable and appropriate for work. I know a lot of people don’t think it is possible, but you can find clothing that is both organic and elegant. Take this beautiful Waffle Knit Covertible Halter and this very feminine Fleece Peekaboo Shrug by Undesigned. Both are made of 100 percent organic cotton. Perfect for a business luncheon during summer, or exchange the Fleece Shrug for a more formal blazer for elegant office wear.

For the more casual office atmosphere, this khaki Apron Wrap Skirt by Stewart Brown with a sweater, a button down oxford, or a tank with a light blazer would be the perfect outfit. This skirt is made of 100 percent organic cotton canvas with a 100 percent nylong lining.

I love this Waffle Knit Reverse Top by Undesigned. Made of 100 percent organic cotton. The olive trim gives just a touch of color without being overpowering. But I really love the shape and the neckline on this shirt.

My favorite piece from the Undesigned collection is the great Angel Bolero. Made of organic cotton, this is truly a unique piece to add to your wardrobe. The white trim and the bell sleeves are so elegant. This is an office essential.

Finally, we have this classic cut Theodora Blazer by Ecoganik. This blazer is made of organic cotton twill and has a fitted cut with two buttons. I love the ivory coloring and the slightly frayed edges.

All of these great pieces can be dressed up for evening wear or more formal office wear, or they can be paired with more casual pieces and would be perfect to wear in a more casual office atmosphere or for a night out with the girls.
